长庚眼科门诊服务设计

2013 工作坊 + 创意引导
现在使用者经验理论,多被应用在数位产品的设计;在医护场域,「使用者」同时涵括病患、护理师、医生、医管,甚至是IT系统部门等相关人员,彼此衔接,影响服务流程的品质优劣。如何将设计导入,为改善医护环境出力,是重要的课题。幸好,国际上很多专家在服务设计领域贡献指引,台湾也有不少有心的医生与护理人员,与我们一同找寻解决方法。
We usually apply the user experience theories in digital products’ design. In health care field, the “user” includes patients, nurses, doctors, and medically related staffs. Their works connect with each other; the whole process will affect the quality of service. How to import the design thinking to the healthcare field and better the process is an important issue for us now. Fortunately, there are many specialists in service design field giving us some direction, and there are also many doctors and nurses helping us to find the solutions.
