長庚眼科門診服務設計

2013 工作坊 + 創意引導
現在使用者經驗理論,多被應用在數位產品的設計;在醫護場域,「使用者」同時涵括病患、護理師、醫生、醫管,甚至是IT系統部門等相關人員,彼此銜接,影響服務流程的品質優劣。如何將設計導入,為改善醫護環境出力,是重要的課題。幸好,國際上很多專家在服務設計領域貢獻指引,台灣也有不少有心的醫生與護理人員,與我們一同找尋解決方法。
We usually apply the user experience theories in digital products’ design. In health care field, the “user” includes patients, nurses, doctors, and medically related staffs. Their works connect with each other; the whole process will affect the quality of service. How to import the design thinking to the healthcare field and better the process is an important issue for us now. Fortunately, there are many specialists in service design field giving us some direction, and there are also many doctors and nurses helping us to find the solutions.
