In order to improve Yu Jan Shin ‘s brand identity in a competitive traditional bakery and pastry market in Taiwan, we get insights of all the stakeholders' experiences and re-design the customer journey.

When a traditional pastry house encounter with service design

We tried to figure out the core values of Yu Jan Shin and helped them to develop the better experiences for customers so that traditional Taiwanese pastry culture can be more popularized and carried on.
