2014 服务设计
以「创新消费型态」为主题,我们透过「服务创新」(Service Innovation) 与「设计思考」(Design Thinking),并且以使用者为中心的设计角度出发,整合市场现况、调查研究及探索需求、场域与情境,做为概念设计以打造新服务。
Using the mindset of design thinking and service innovation as well as combined with through approaches of user-centered research in order to create new possibilities for consumers to purchase goods. We conduct investigation and analysis to explore innovative ideas of different service scenarios and sites.
