早餐店相較於一般的餐飲服務業更多了一種為味道-人情味,專案過程中我們能深刻感受到無論是總部本身或加盟主對於餐點品質都有著過分的執著。但過去的服務價值鏈.並無法讓總部對加盟主在服務的品質上產生正面且有效的影響,進而影響了消費者的滿意度,因此本次的服務設計目標也多圍繞在如何協助總部有效傳遞品牌的服務哲學。
Unlike other food industry, breakfast shop always serve you an extra taste, that is so called hospitality which make you just like eating breakfast at home. We also found that both headquarter and franchisee are obsessed with their food quality. However they did much more powerless when it come to the service quality because the existing gaps of their services value chain. Hence, the main goal of this service design project is to help headquarter and franchisee to deliver their service to their customer properly and stably.
