Banking’s ATM had become a huge part of our life, it provides a handy service for users to interact with the banking service. Acted as a frequently interacted touchpoint, it is an important opportunity to provide user a delightful experience in order to build a good enterprise image. In 2016, Taipei Fubon Bank entrusted UXI Design to redefine the ATM interface’s experience of how the users interacted with it. Through the optimization of the ATM as an important touchpoint and the combination of other financial service by Taipei Fubon Bank, we worked to achieve a particular aim, to raise the overall satisfaction of how the users feel of the banking service.
